By submitting this VIP Section inquiry and proceeding with payment, I understand that my submission is a request only and does not guarantee a reservation. My VIP Section is only confirmed once Boston Kulture Festival receives and confirms the full payment. I authorize Boston Kulture Festival representatives to contact me by phone, email, or text regarding my request, availability, pricing, add-ons, payment options, and next steps. I agree to receive promotional emails and text messages from Boston Kulture Festival or its partners. I understand that VIP Sections are limited, and unpaid invoices or payment links/requests may expire.



All VIP Section payments are final and non-refundable, including if I or any of my guests do not attend. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, my payment will automatically roll over to the new event date. A refund will only be issued if the event is canceled and not rescheduled, subject to any third-party processing fees or charges disclosed before payment. Changes to event timing, programming, layout, section placement, performers, venue operations, weather conditions, or guest attendance do not qualify for a refund.



I understand that Boston Kulture Festival books the VIP Section only. Unless expressly listed in my final written package confirmation or invoice, the VIP Section booking fee does not include food, beverages, bottle service, gratuity, taxes, service charges, venue charges, or table-service minimums. Table service, drinks, alcohol service, food, and related venue services are provided or managed by the venue and/or its vendors, and all guests must follow festival and venue rules, including security screening, ID checks, age verification, alcohol policies, and conduct requirements.



I am responsible for my guests and agree that guests may be denied entry or removed for rule violations, unsafe conduct, intoxication, invalid identification, prohibited items, or failure to follow festival or venue policies, without refund. I also agree that any damage caused by me or my guests may result in additional charges. The final written package confirmation or invoice controls what is included in my booking, and any changes must be confirmed in writing by Boston Kulture Festival.



I agree to contact Boston Kulture Festival in writing to try to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boston Kulture Festival’s liability related to my VIP Section booking will not exceed the amount paid for that booking. These terms, together with my final package confirmation, invoice, and applicable festival and venue policies, form the full agreement for my VIP Section booking and supersede prior verbal, text, social media, or informal communications. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and if any part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
